What is the ideal hair length for waxing?

For best results we say it should be around 1cm, which is around 3-4 weeks of hair-growth. So plan your appointment with plenty of time after your final shave! If you shave too close to your appointment then the hair probably won't be long enough for the treatment to go ahead.
What type of wax do you use for intimate treatments?

We use Lycon hot wax for intimate treatments as it is gentler on sensitive areas, but use stripwax for the lesser sensitive sides. Hot wax can be used for the full treatment at your reqest.
How long does a Brazilian / Hollywood wax take?

A Brazilian / Hollywood wax typically takes around 25 minutes, allowing for a thorough and efficient service. New clients may require a bit more time for explanations and aftercare advice.
What should I do before and after a wax?

Prepare by exfoliating a day before your treatment. Please arrive clean and refreshed, we also provide hygiene wipes are provided so you can freshen up on arrival. Aftercare advice and products to prevent ingrown hairs are provided by our therapists.
Do I need to remove my underwear for a waxing treatment?

Yes, removing underwear is prefreable for us to give you the best service possible. If you're uncomfortable with this, we do offer disposable pants but we are unable to guarantee the same results achieved with no underwear.
